1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and winbox9 ("Platform", "We", "winbox9") regarding the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by winbox9.

3 Account Registration and User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the winbox9 platform. Holding multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information. Winbox9 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or misleading registration information you provide.

3.2 Account Security

Winbox9 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account if you fail to take reasonable security precautions.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

• The platform being free from any errors, viruses, or harmful components.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information displayed on the platform.

Winbox9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses you may experience in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses arising from gaming, technical disruptions, or third-party actions.

Winbox9's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the liability claim being made.

10 Changes to Terms and Account Termination

Winbox9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10.2 Account Closure

You may close your winbox9 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Winbox9 also reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any valid remaining balance (after deducting any liabilities or unqualified bonuses) will be returned to you via your original payment method.
